2 month checkup

Olivia had her 2 month well-child checkup today and I was so surprised to hear that she weighs 12 pounds 2 ounces now!! She's in the 75th percentile for her weight! She is 22.5 inches long which is about 25th percentile. She also got 3 shots and one oral vaccine which she did NOT like. She fell asleep in the car on the way home and then stayed asleep in her carseat for over 2 hours. Poor baby girl :( I'm proud of her though and how great she is doing! The nurse practioner was impressed by her neck strength and head control too!!! Next up is rolling over!

Olivia has been soooo good these past couple days...napping well and giving us tons of sweet smiles!

Then I showed her the pictures of herself mad and she started cracking up...so then she couldn't even fake being grumpy anymore :)

Fridge art

Mckayla spent a long time coloring on any sticky note or note pad she could reach last night and one of them that she was especially happy with I told her she could put on the fridge. From the living room Chris and I heard a lot of clanking and rustling around and when I got up to investigate this is what I found....

She did in fact hang up her picture....can you see it under there? LOL I promise there IS a picture hiding under allllll those magnets! She definitely got it to stay up there!

Cousins

1Abbey and Madison came for a visit on Friday and the girls had so much fun! We didn't see Aunt Lacey much though because she scooped up Olivia and shut herself in Olivia's room to snuggle her and rock her to sleep....she didn't reappear from her room until it was time for them to leave ;)

This is the first time she has let me fix her hair like this in probably a year! I love it!!

I know I've posted pictures before, but I am doing it again because I finally have the room completely finished!!! Woohoo!!

I got these prints above the crib on Etsy because You Are My Sunshine is kind of my song for the girls :) I wanted white wood frames but HobLob didn't have any really so I decided to just get these with a tiny black frame.

And the last piece to complete the room is the toybox Chris's mom got us!!! Thank you again soooo much!!!

I really do just love her room, every time I rock her in there I like just looking around and staring at it all!!!

Zoo

We were so glad to have beautiful weather, we decided to take the girls to the zoo today! We surprised Mckayla by meeting her friend Kamrie their! I work with her mom, Ellie. Olivia napped the whole time except at the very end when she needed to eat so I didn't get any pics of her! The girls had so much fun running around together, they were so cute!

I finally put all the pictures from my phone onto the computer so here's a bunch of random cute ones. This one a friend took at the hospital of when they were moving us from my labor room to my postpartum room. Mckayla wanted to ride with us so I got to hold both my girls!!

This one cracks me up because I was holding Olivia trying to take a quick picture to send to a friend and Mckayla insisted on being in the pic too so I held the phone up and told her to scoot over until she was in the shot too. So I'm holding Olivia in my right arm, holding up the phone and taking a picture with the left while standing, and still was able to get Mckayla in the shot too..pretty funny perspective!

Cousins

Tonight Mckayla and Olivia got to meet their new cousin Hadley and see Andy, Asher, and Shae! Mckayla got a little wild playing with Asher but Olivia and Hadley were pretty content just relaxin' on a blanket!! Such sweet girls! (I love Olivia's funny expression in this first pic!)

We wanted to get a good group shot of the kiddos, but they had other plans...

It was so great to see them all! All we were missing was Abbey and Madison...
