Swimming

We finally cleaned up Mckayla's pool and filled it up today! It was so hot the cold water felt great! She did get a little shocked by the cold water when daddy splashed her though!

Lake!

We went to the lake for Memorial weekend and it was so much fun having all the girls together! Mckayla was absolutely thrilled to see Abbey and is still asking for her now that we are home! They were so cute together, it's nice that they are both old enough to play together somewhat!

Madison was obsessed with Mimi's waterbottle! She started sucking on the bottom of it like crazy! I think she enjoyed her first boat ride!

We were getting some SUPER sweet smiles from Madison, and she started laughing for the first time too!

It was a great weekend with Mimi, Papa, Brian, Lacey, Abbey and Madison!

Supergirl

Here's our little Supergirl! These jammies were a must have by daddy, they are really cute, they even have a detachable cape!

And here's some other silly pics of Mckayla looking through a magazine. She really flipped through most of the pages and was cracking me up because she would turn the page, point things out and jabber about it, then get on her tummy to look at it, then so on. She's so silly!

Sunshine

We've FINALLY had some gorgeous weather and Mckayla's been loving it! Daddy was outside mowing so after he was done we went outside to play! As daddy was bent down clipping things by the fence, Mckayla ran up behind him and gave him a hug on his back!

She was having fun just sitting on the back step! She got dirt on her hands and was pretty amused by it and had to show us.

Bugs

In her cousin Abbey's footsteps, this girl is fascinated with bugs! I say EWWW but she gets really excited and gets down on the floor to point at them and say "BUG-A!" So now she goes to our back door where these tiny ants keep getting in and goes bug watching.
Then if she finds one she gets to see daddy squish it!

Chatterbox

Mckayla loves talking on the phone! She has a bunch of toy phones but none are as fun as the real deal! Luckily I can lock my keys so she doesn't start randomly calling people!
She just jabbers away and every now and then we'll here a "mama, dada" or if we've been talking about anyone else she throw their name in there too! It's so stinkin cute!

I love how she matched her Abby Cadabby doll that day! Her favorite character (yes I think she might be beating out Elmo too)!

This is the first time Mckayla has worn this outfit and I LOOOOOVE it!!!

I found this little purse for her at Old Navy and I wanted it for a long time but it was more than I wanted to pay, but last time I was there I found it on clearance and I had a coupon so I snatched it up!! Mckayla loved it and I put her a little toy duck, her phone, and a little Elmo book in there and she carried it all over the house!

She still loves sitting in that cooler bag! She pulls it out and tries to get in it so I pulled it in front of the tv during Sesame Street and she just hung out in there watching tv! Such a silly girl :)

More Mother's Day

Thank you to Lacey for sending me these awesome pictures!!!! These show the real thing Mckayla was interested in on Mother's Day...my parents dog, Bubbles. She kept running around trying to see her and saying "Bubble, Bubble" while trying to go outside and see her. In fact she's staring at the computer right now saying "Bubble!"
