New tricks

She learned how to give a "five"

And today she started this funny little swimming on the tile thing...but backwards! I guess it was quite a revelation that fleece is so slippery on tile!

Already carrying a purse!

She always has a blast on her zebra!

She kept bringing me the kitchen rug over and over after I would put it back

Pig Tails!!!

MCKAYLA'S FIRST PIG TAILS!!! I was so surprised that her hair fit into pig tails but it did and it looks soooooo cute! I couldn't get a smile out of her though because she was so focused on watching Elmo.

She also went to the doctor today and she weighs 20.8 pounds (15th percentile) and is 29 inches (12th percentile) but her head is in the 95th percentile! She's a genius! We turned her around in her carseat for the first time too today! An exciting day for us!

Being silly

She dragged her tub of blocks up on to her chair with her then just sat there pulling the blocks out one by one and tossing them onto the floor. Proof of why all we do is follow her around and clean up after her!

She loves to pull her clothes out of her drawers and put them on her head like this for some reason. She'll walk around with it on there too until it falls off; she'll even do other things, like here she was tearing into the magazine basket in the bathroom. It's like there wasn't even anything on her head the way she carries on to other things! Notice the big booboo on her eye, she was in her room last night playing and we heard her crying all of a sudden and we ran in there to find her just standing there crying. I think she tripped over one of the millions of things on the floor and fell onto the corner of the drawer to her kitchen (because of course she had it pulled out on the floor). Poor baby!!!

Having fun

She stood like this for a bit, looked back at us while we were saying no and put her leg down, then put it back up and just stood there like that, almost like she was contemplating if it was really worth it! I don't think so baby!

She LOOOOVES her zebra! Look at that sweet face :)

Mid bounce excitement!!! YAAAAAAY!!!

New ball

Our new absolutely favorite picture:

and she's wearing a penguin outfit to make it even cuter! hehe :)

At Target today we were on the baby aisle and Mckayla started to frantically say "BALL!!!" over and over and I looked to where she was pointing and it was the big cage thing at the end of an aisle way back by the toys with all the big balls in it. So we let her get one since she was so obsessed with it and she held it and hugged it in the cart the whole rest of the time we were there. She loves this thing and it's so funny because it's about as big as her and she carries it all over the place!

Sith baby

Just snuggling in daddy's lap

When I saw this next pic on the camera I was disappointed by not catching a smile or something but when I put it on the computer I cracked up because at the time Chris was watching Star Wars on tv and at that exact moment Mckayla held her hand up and it looks like Mckayla is shooting the lighting out her hand! So now Chris LOVES this picture!

Crawling through her house saying "ball"

Here's what her room is SUPPOSED to look like:
Yet this is what it ends up looking like most days:
She's crazy!

More fun

This picture is so funny because Chris and I were just sitting in the living room and Mckayla was playing in her room (pulling all her clothes out of the dresser drawers) when she just strolled on in to the the living room with this hat on her head! She found it in her drawers and put it on her head and walked in to show it off to us!

This is just to show off those curls that I LOOOOOVE!!!!

Playing peek-a-boo and waving at me through this tiny window!

Bouncing on her zebra
This one had us cracking up too; she got the drawer out of her play kitchen in her room and crawled with it like this all the way to the living room and kichen!
